Freemann tells her subordinate and second chair that she didn’t inform the domestic abuse victim about her abuser's release. Forsythe casts doubt on Mickey's case. When Mickey calls Trina, she claims not to know DeMarco, and Judge Turner does not allow DeMarco to be called.
The upcoming season raises the stakes for Mickey, as the attorney is determined to seek justice after the murder of a close friend.
